### Why did my new faucet fail so quickly?
Usually the install reused old supply lines or the water pressure is too high. Both are cheap to address and both destroy fixtures repeatedly until someone does.

### What happens if a fixture you installed fails later?
Call us. We stand behind the installation, and if the fixture itself is the problem we help you sort out the manufacturer warranty rather than leaving you to it.

### Is it worth repairing an old faucet or better to replace it?

### Will you have to shut the water off to the whole house?
Usually not. If the shutoff valves under the fixture still turn, we isolate that one sink or toilet and the rest of the house keeps running. In a lot of the older San Juan Capistrano homes those stops are seized or were never there, so we close the main long enough to put new valves in, and we tell you before we do it so you can fill a pitcher first. Clearing out the cabinet underneath before we arrive keeps the whole job moving.
