The valve goes on the main line where water enters the house, usually near the meter out front or where the main comes through the garage wall. Plan on the water being off for an hour or two while we cut it in, and we set the time with you ahead of it so nobody gets caught mid shower. Plenty of the older homes around South Orange County have the main running under a patio or driveway, or coming up through the slab, so we look at the access first and walk you through what the work involves before anything gets cut.
